Andrew A. Monteleone is a former Nassau County Prosecutor who has handled hundreds of criminal matters ranging from common traffic violations to attempted murder. Mr. Monteleone is an experienced trial attorney, litigating cases on both the misdemeanor and felony levels which resulted in favorable results for his clients. Furthermore, Mr. Monteleone can handle all traffic matters within the greater New York Metropolitan area.

Mr. Monteleone has also worked in an established New York City civil litigation firm. As an associate of the firm, he has handled civil matters including personal injury, negligence, labor law, construction accidents, automobile accidents, wrongful death, insurance matters and appellate advocacy.
